Focusing on AI model robustness and privacy protection, building security barriers for AI applications in high-risk scenarios through adversarial defense, federated learning and other technologies.

Graph Neural Networks

Researching the implementation of GNN in complex relationship modeling, focusing on its applications in security scenarios such as network attack traceability and malicious threat detection.

Project Experience

Complex Network Risk Propagation Visualization System

2023.12 - 2024.06

Graduation project, designed and implemented a real-time analysis and dynamic process simulation visualization system for multiple risk propagation models in complex networks.

Main Work:

  • Designed and implemented network graph data analysis and management module based on Neo4j graph database
  • Designed a custom interactive command-line module to implement network characteristic chart drawing functions
  • Proposed a complex network compression algorithm based on Louvain community partitioning to optimize dynamic topology visualization
  • Implemented anomaly detection based on Isolation Forest model and optimized model parameters using grid search
  • Simulated network attacks, evaluated network robustness, and predicted network avalanche effects

A program security evaluation system based on software white-box testing, generating security risk reports through static auditing.

Main Work:

  • Designed system functional architecture, completed task allocation and progress management, formulated coding standards
  • Designed database structure and classification function modules, completed interface integration
  • Implemented core functions such as variable tracking, function call tree construction, and key data encryption/decryption
